Observation

The backyard was observed to need lawn mowing at the time of inspection. The licensor was unable to determine whether the outdoor gate was able to self-close and self-latch because it was partially blocked by tall grass and bushes with thorns at the time of inspection. The outdoor gate as a second emergency exit was partially blocked by tall grass and bushes with thorns at the time of inspection. The outdoor toys were observed to be insufficient in numbers at the time of inspection.
